WEEKEND TRAINING PROGRAM

This session focuses on fitness growth and enhancing cricket skills while encouraging social interaction. Get trained by certified expert coaches across all our centers. Sessions run for two hours on weekends, from Friday evening to Sunday, and welcome everyone.

Young cricket enthusiasts are grouped based on their age, skill level, and experience, ranging from 4 to 19 years old.

The sessions are thoughtfully structured to ensure every key aspect of cricket is addressed — from dynamic warm-ups and fielding drills to focused net practice for batting and bowling. Depending on upcoming tournaments, full-match simulation and swing practice are also included. Each weekend, a customized session plan is prepared for trainees to support continuous skill growth and fitness aligned with their cricketing goals.
